Selection to National All State Championships

TENTATIVE EVENT ITINERARY
Registration closes and all state staff will begin working on rosters, selecting coaches, event schedule, and informational emails for the event.

Manager Check In begin @ 12:00PM

Skills Competitions begin @ 2:00PM
- Players will have the opportunity to compete in the skills competitions. These events are optional.

Registration Closes on November 15th, 2024.
There will be no refunds issued for this event. Any player requesting to be removed from the event after registering will receive a credit toward an USSSA Individual Event of their choosing. If a player is on the waitlist and is not placed on a roster for the event they will receive a full refund.
Teams are rewarded nominations based on their finish in a USSSA Tournament during the 2024 and Fall 2025 Seasons or be selected as player of the game at select events. If you know of an athlete that does not meet this criteria but would still like to attend the event please reach out to the All State Championship staff.

Coaches will be selected via the coaches nomination form.

Game Format
The event is a 3 Game Guarantee. The event staff will do everything within their power to make sure that teams are able to play all scheduled games.
Pool Play: All teams will play two (2) pool games. Pitching for all games will be counted.
Bracket Play: teams will be seeded a single elimination bracket based on pool play results.
General Information
13 and Older: $15
12 and Under: Free
Players will play the age they will be for the 2025 Season. Example, if a 7U player is nominated and completes registration they will compete at the 8U level.
Big League Dreams Cat City. Other venues will be added if necessary.
Divisions will be assigned to complexes as the event draws near and the registration process closes.
There is no individual check in for the event. Team managers will check-in and receive all items for the players on their rosters.
Games will begin on December 28th and will conclude on December 29th. Teams should be prepared to play two games per day.
Because the event spans both the 2024 and 2025 seasons players can be nominated twice. If you have already registered for the event you do not need to worry about the second nomination email.
